I just want to say thank you, to Rob Sizemore for taking care of the issue with our A/C unit. You made this so easy for me. The day I informed you that our A/C was no longer working, you made it a point to find out what size unit we had and got one ordered immediately. It showed up in a very timely manner and works great. Thank you so much for all your effort and making this a pleasant ordeal. If only everyone were as punctual as you are.

Barry Williams and Mobile Modular were great to work with start to finish. Very responsive and informative. We talked about what we were looking for and then he provided us with previous building examples as close to what we needed and then modified it to fit our needs and it turned out great.

DPS #61 found ourselves in a true dilemma. We had to temporarily vacate 2 buildings and find a new home for approximately 550 students. We were fortunate to have an existing underutilized building with adequate property to allow for installation of 3 portable classroom buildings containing 16 classrooms and the required ancillary spaces. From the date we agreed to use Mobile Modular, we were ready for classes in less than 9 weeks. Robert Gillingham and his firm delivered. Everything they committed to was done on, or ahead, of schedule. DPS 61 is fortunate to have a group of highly skilled and committed staff that worked with Mobile Modular to get the project completed.Mobile Modular brought the modulars to our site and assembled them at an incredible pace. Mobile Modular allowed our staff to provide the required infrastructure and accessories needed to make the building function for DPS 61. The new classrooms are very functional and attractive. This has been a complex endeavor, but Robert and Mobile Modular have been great to work alongside.

You want the truth? This was my first time working with Mobile Modular and Brian Kelly, it was a great experience. Brian stayed on top of the project and it was smooth as silk. All of our conservations upfront were accurate and the delivery and pickup was just as requested and promised. I'm a big fan of Mobile Modular and Brian Kelly.

My rating focus is on the install and decommission of these units. As a project manager, schedule was critical for this work. The team at Mobile Modular delivered the units on a very tight timeframe and we were able to achieve our goal for moving in. When it was time to have the units removed, the team was able to schedule for the window I asked for and finished a day earlier than expected. We had some unexpected hiccups with a tough logistical hauling route but all were handled safely and calmly with good communication.

This year, CTCS set out to procure modular buildings to accommodate our growing student body during a transition period as we plan for building new space, and in that process we came across Mobile Modular. From the outset, my impression with Mobile Modular, specifically Carl, was one of incredible professionalism and genuine commitment to assisting us achieve our stated objectives to the best degree possible, and (with a sobering degree of objectivity) our list of needs was not the simplest. Carl Ralston handled what would soon become our odyssey of sorts, in trying to sort out sourcing our two classroom buildings, with tremendous aplomb. Between having our initial lease choices hit a snag due to tornadoes, working with restrictive grant funding requirements, processes, and stipulations, to updating our specs to account for floor plan changes, to going as far as performing all legwork for sourcing and expediting the installation of upgraded security doors and windows, Carl was available, affable, and realistic (which for me, is invaluable for project management - I never felt like Carl was attempting to sugarcoat a timeline or overpromise results. Expectations were always well-conveyed and reviewed with our continued follow-up). As a final step in our process to facilitate board approval of our agreement and assist our own utilities vendors, Carl and one Mobile Modular the installation crew teams travelled to our campus in person to meet with all of our team on-site and discuss the specifics of installation, as well as answer more pointed questions about building layouts, hookups, procedures, etc from our utilities contractors. If asked, I'd absolutely recommend Mobile Modular, and specifically Carl, to work with any entity looking to source modular building space. They have been excellent to work with, and I am so appreciative of all of their work to make our experience in this process a successful and enjoyable one.

Greg assisted me with me temporary office needs recently. He was very attentive to my needs and punctual in response. The office trailer was delivered as promised and Greg followed up several times to make sure we were happy with the service.

I have been working with Josh Dean for the past 3 modular purchases now for E Center. Josh is amazing to work with. He is attentive, quick to respond, and works to ensure our satisfaction. Two modulars have been delivered; one is fully installed with children attending their classrooms. The second modular is installed but to no fault of Mobile Modular, we are awaiting electrical power connections. The third modular is awaiting permits to be issued by the City for install. With each of these projects, I have found Josh very easy to work with and supportive of the additional requests that have come from city planners and such. I look forward to the completion of this final project and would work with Josh again on any future endeavors that may present themselves.

Our portable building project kicks off the first part of our bond work in our district. Contracts. Steve is definitely a team player and we enjoyed having him here. Now Steve is a Service Manager and whenever we need him for a service call, he is on it immediately. Mobile Modular has done an outstanding job of providing customer service and delivering exactly what was needed to my project at a reasonable price. We had 4 pieces of equipment on rent. We had a brand new double wide office trailer, a single wide office trailer, a ground office container, and a 40' container for storage. My salesman, Jason Manti has provided outstanding customer service from day one. He is attentive to any issues and has them taken care of immediately. He has made sure the equipment was delivered when it was scheduled to be delivered and picked up exactly when it was scheduled to be picked up. He has provided some of the best customer service I have had from any modular building company in my 26 years in the construction industry. Jason made a move from Georgia to Texas and the level of customer service did not change. I will definitely be calling on him again when I move to my next project.

I would give them ) start to this company. They do not communicate and avoid answering the phone. They were a month behind schedule and when they came they did not complete the job correctly and had to hired a different vendor to repair the HVAC, Ramps and Light as this guys were no responding to emails, calls or anything. Worst company ever. I would avoid this company or you will have to spend more money hiring a different vendor to repair their work or not able to have classes due to their time delivering a service you schedule 4 months in advance.

Lee Grulke and his team did a marvelous job of expediting our school expansion project to add 6 classrooms under an extremely ambitious deadline. As project manager he had to work with many contractors, subcontractors, and municipal officials to keep everything moving. He had the experience and perseverance to head off many problems and solve others. Our school district was presented with an emergency situation and needed to relocate nearly 20 classrooms in a very short amount of time. Jeff was great to work with and was very attentive along the way to getting our classrooms set up and operational under an extreme time crunch.

Poor maintenance....if and when you can get ahold of someone. Front of our door was peeling away. After calling multiple times they replaced it. However the work was horrible. Door doesn't fit right and huge gaps at top or bottom wasps and other bugs fly in. Screw holes visible from multiple attempts at trying to place hardware. Fine once you have the building but plan on doing repairs and maintenance yourself.

Barry Williams did a fantastic job in guiding us through the entire process. Barry worked to not only help us find the right office layout and finishes, he also shared his expertise about the office specifications that helped ensure our contractor was able to comply with local ordinances. We were working on a tight time frame for a tenant, and Barry was also able to help move our production schedule along so that installation concluded almost a month ahead of schedule. We were given Mobile Modulars name after we had been battling with another modular company on a specific jobsite. We quickly spoke with Sophie at Mobile Modular and the entire process of getting a new modular building to replace the other was such a much needed breath of fresh air. Nothing but great experiences! We lost 2 offices during a massive tornado that destroyed nearly 75% of our town. I had already spoken with 2 other companies, and had submitted a request online with Mobile Modular. I was contacted shortly after by Brian Kelly, and after speaking with him for a short bit it was clear to me Mobile Modular would be providing our temporary office trailers. Brian was not only super- speaking on behalf of his company and what they could do for us, he was also extremely caring and compassionate about our situation and what the people in our were going through. They were the lowest bidder, and we immediately began to work with Emily on shop drawings and verifying the schedule in this unstable construction market. Bryce and his team paid special attention to our client's needs and were able to react immediately. it was a little bumpy after the set up of the units as they came with no carpet. i contacted ruth winstel and informed her of the issue and then spoke to carolyn prescott. both were understanding as i initially requested carpet in the units. these ladies worked their magic and we're getting carpet installed next week. awesome job ladies. you're the best.

Nice new unit was delivered. Took 2 days for everything to get set up. Took 3 days to get a tech out to fix the AC in the unit so it could be habitable. I expected better service.

The trailer ended up larger than we thought. The installers did a very quick install. The ramp installer we very good. My only issue is that we sent an email with a request for security mesh for the windows and locking door bars for the doors well before the scheduled delivery and the trailer was delivered without them and we were charged for a service call to install these items that were left off. I feel that we should not have been charged the extra money for the service call for install of items that Mobile Modular forgot to install before delivery.

Our district has leased hundreds of these units and they are simple and easy to configure to fit all our needs.

I don't like the painted walls and the floor tiles are worn.

This modular office easily accommodates our staff of over 25 people. It has performed remarkably well through hurricanes, floods, and all sorts of weather-related events with no signs of leaks or damage.

We rented 2-12X42's for a long project and thus far they have been great... Great and prompt service from quote to delivery stage.

The monthly fees are too high for the product offered. These buildings are outdated and require a full retrofit every time we utilize them. Poor finishes offered require us to use our own subcontractors. Considering the building is old and being reused, pricing should be lower for monthly rentals.

We started using these units several years ago in an area of huge growth in which the Developer had placed very restrictive covenants on what we could use other than permanent buildings. The units provided by Mobile Modular are very nice looking and fit in well with the existing buildings. As modular units, we are able to continue to extend the length of the units, creating a "wing" that can be used by an entire grade level. Very flexible design!

The hybrid modular was the right choice for our specific site condition and use. Its size and shape allowed for various design layouts. Because of the Hybrid, we were able to reduce costly site grading.

Dalton Public Schools rented 3 mobile pod classroom facility buildings for a total of 26 classrooms. The units were of good quality and Mobile Modular was responsive when called on for servicing.

Clarke County School District renovated and added to two middle schools. Three phase project and modular classroom set up was ideal to move a grade level at a time for 4 months each in order to renovate. Teachers liked the set up so much they did not want to move back to the renovated spaces. Classrooms were set up in two sections of 8 classrooms spaces with a bathroom unit in each set up. Connected by aluminum ramps. Provides for excellent security and classroom management.

The trailer was perfectly installed in a difficult spot. The driver even laid out the plywood before we could get there. The product was delivered and set up on time.

However, you can't get the customer service like i did, just anywhere. Merici Trujillo is amazing and working with her is a simple and pleasant experience. And to me, that means everything. I wish the team in the Northern Market were half as good as she is. The only item I would suggest to change is getting the relocation/removal quotes sent over via the e-sign method. It makes things so much easier and quicker.

The trailer arrived in excellent condition ready to move in. The delivery was on time and the driver knew what he was doing given the tight space the trailer needed to go into. The set up crew did a fine job anchoring, leveling and skirting the building maintaining a neat and safe work area, very fast work.

I'd post 0 stars if I could. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Be sure to read the fine print in their contracts. They apparently thought it was ok to double the removal and tear down costs of their original contract I'd had after about 4.5 years. They neglected all general maintenance over our lease and gouged me heavily for repairs on the returns. They also tried to double charge me for a return, attempted to charge me for a dry run return that never happened and we're just overall shady. Customer beware!

We are just moving in, but it appears that the floors are old and not installed very well. We are very pleased with the size of the offices and the layout. The installation went very smoothly and we appreciate all the extra effort to get them installed in a very quick two days as we were out of our old office by the time they were ready to install.

Everyone with whom we interacted during the decision and placement process was professional and effective. It is only slightly less complicated to place temporary buildings on a site and the Mobile Modular team was there for us throughout the process.

I have contacted Mobile Modular once our pre-arranged rental with other company went sour when delivery was pushed back by a month and we were already mobilized onsite at our customer. MM sales team fully understood our critical situation and immediately jumped into action and managed to deliver the office trailer even earlier than original date of their competition. Next project MM will be our first one to go to.

We rented this unit and it was transported here from Maryland. When the second of the first two trailers arrived one of the wheels fell off (with the brake drum in it) in our driveway, several other were already missing and you could see where the buildings had been damaged on guardrails or whatever. The third unit had been roughed around so bad that nearly of the ceiling and light fixtures were on the floor or hanging down. The installer was ill prepared to set the units, would show-up at around 9:30am or later and took nearly 2-weeks to install the units instead of the 2-days that we were told. The building is nice but the carpet is dirty and a couple of the walls are very dirty. The building installer didn't hook-up the water or sewer that was installed and waiting for them. A bit disappointed overall.

Everything went great with this rental until it was time to get the unit called off-rent and picked up. We did have an access requirement where names had to be submitted prior to pickup, however the information was clearly communicated. They would not send the cleared driver. We could not get a definite answer about when the pickup and return could be completed. I require all parts of the process to go well, not just the passive parts.

Excellent Office Space Post Hurricane Harvey and really exceeded our expectations and really meets my needs. We had one of the air conditioners in the mobile mini go down this summer; called in a service ticket and they were out same day and took care of it. Some really fast incredible service as well.

I have encountered Hector C. on previous job-sites, delivering the container, neither delivery was a simple drop and run. Both projects had access limitations as well as elevation issues, we knew what we needed for cribbing, as we explained it to Hector he was on board immediately...a Good Man! f

Mobile Modular was able to meet our needs for an trailer for use as an office, lab and break area for our start-up team and permanent operators. The trailer arrived on schedule and was setup. However issues with broken screens and a cracked floor have never been resolved.

We just bought it and haven't even set it up yet, so far it looks nice, but don't know how it functions yet.

We rent from Mobile Modular for jobsites as we are a GC. The staff is always helpful especially Eli Sanchez. He goes above and beyond. He almost always meets the dates we need and the price.

As noted in the title these are very affordable units for businesses and for private use. They deliver promptly and their handlers can shoehorn a trailer right into a tight spot for a perfect fit. Customer service is courteous although they can be very busy, have patience.

This unit should not have been suggested for our use. Needs to be hard connected to utilities. Took nearly 2 months for hookup including repeated attempts to connect temporary water and waste holding tanks, wrong sizes, and leaks. Unit itself was nice and acceptable after callbacks to finish installation and cleanup. Frustrated, we canceled the unit without use. Apologetic management removed unit immediately and smartly didn't invoice for move in or other charges.

This is the seventh trailer that we have purchased from Mobile Modular. We use them to support special events and to provide office space in remote locations. The quality and construction is top notch and delivery is always as promised.

Most everything went well. I would suggest to try and use your drivers and not sub out to other haulers. The driver that brought the connex boxes was terrible.

We continued to have issues with the main entry door to our Owner's trailer. Mobile Modular was out several times, but the issue continued to be a problem.

We use Mobile Modular for our temporary jobsite offices. They are usually in pretty good shape. Ordering is easy and efficient, invoicing is rarely incorrect or inconsistent. Service is sometime difficult to nail down (on demand water heater still not working).
